Heather Locklear was a familiar face on our television screens during the 1980s and 1990s.

Back in the day, the actress, born in California, was sexy. She is perhaps best known for playing the glamorous Sammy Jo Carrington in the long-running television series Dynasty.

Heather Locklear, the bombshell of the 1980s, was born in Los Angeles in 1961; she is now 61 years old and still going strong.

She had her initial on-screen appearances in the early 1980s, and her big break came on the show Dynasty.

Heather as a child, resembled an angel with the face of a Disney princess, and her role as Sammy Jo Carrington catapulted her to popularity.

The 25-year-old made her acting debut in the film This Is 40, and she walked the runway for her father’s clothing line, “White Trash Beautiful,” in 2010 during Los Angeles Fashion Weekend.

She recently shared a snapshot of herself with a bouquet of tulips while wearing a gown in 2020. Thousands of people commented on the post, remembering how much she resembled her well-known mother.

Ava, wearing a leopard-print dress and her long, blonde hair swept back into a ponytail, commented, “I enjoy flowers,” and tagged her friend Sarah Wermers.

“You are a wonderful beauty, taking after your beautiful mother!!” said one fan.

Some believe Ava has Heather’s TJ Hooker looks from back in the day based on recent images and videos.

“Oh my, she’s her mother; even her voice sounds like Heather’s,” one fan said when ET interviewed Ava.

Several people say that while Ava and Heather are attractive, they don’t see much resemblance.

Her 61-year-old mother recently posted a series of Instagram messages wishing her daughter a happy LMU graduation.

Overall, the 25-year-old blonde strikes me as a lovely young lady with sound priorities. She is said to be quite close to her mother. In 2018, the aspiring actress told US Weekly that she’d “want to follow in my mother’s footsteps” regarding her career.

Ava’s most recent acting credit came in 2020 when she co-starred with Selma Blair in the independent murder drama A Dark Foe. Perhaps this talented lady will make an appearance more frequently in the future!

Ava has not only found her soul mate but also succeeded academically and has a promising film career. According to SCMP, she is dating Tyler Farrar, an investment associate at Pacific Partners Real Estate Investments.

The duo has been dating since 2019.

When I see fresh images of Ava, it’s as if I’ve journeyed back in time because they bring back many great memories from the 1980s.

I mean, is it conceivable to receive DNA from more attractive parents? Maybe Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford?
